    Extra charges applied without informing us. customer service bad. nagbayad kami ng extra person w/out extra pillow and blanket. Very strict. Value for money, go with high end resort di pa masyadong strict sa visitor.

    No safe and No fridge. My bathroom towel had a blood stain on it after my shower. When they cleaned my room next morning i expected a new towel only for the same blood stained towel to be in my room again. They put the towels out to dry then give them back to u. I only sneeze when there is dust in the room. The pool looks good but needs to be maintained. U need a motorbike to get around. 2 places bear by to rent a bike.

    Not a great stay, room was dirty, including bathroom. Shower was cold. No food or drink options in room or hotel, no mini fridge or place to keep drinks or food. Photos are a total catfish, looks nothing like the photos.

    The room is huge but Far from Alona Beach. Had to take a tricycle all the time just to go to the beach
