Nice Hotel right on the main street to Flims. Staff was friendly and could help with all our needs. The paid parking has very small parking spaces and the mattresses were way too soft for our comfort. All in all we were happy enough with it.

I personally like this hotel, it is very queit, it has a nice view form the frint of the hotel. The area is very good. The sauna is smal , the breakfast is very good, it has many choices to eat. However for car parkignis not free, and not free in this whoel area. Good hotel !

Staff were extremely helpful, helped us sort out passes out, set us up on the LAAX App, sorted out watching the 6 nations games and generally very accommodating. I had booked a double bed but was given a room with singles, they sought to resolve it as best they could and in the end it didnt matter. Would recommend having a kettle in the room as there was no tea making facilities. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and was very heavy on bread. Otherwise lovely hotel and would stay again
