Surprised that for an apartment booking there was daily apartment cleaning and towel change. Aside from being at the end of Lake Street, which is quite near to the Reef Fleet Terminal, it is relatively far from main street activities.

Room was comfortable. Even had foxtel which was a nice surprise. Having to go through 2 doors with a key to get to room is a little annoying though. Hotel should consider proximity readers

This is a pretty rough hotel. Locations is decent but not great, price is more than I would pay again after that. Our room smelt weird to begin as we arrived. Heavy poop marks in the toilet would be the reason as it turned out. So either the cleaner didn't clean it or needed it shortly before we got there. None of the bins were empty, this all made me question wether the room was cleaned properly at all. Also got told sternly I needed to out my provided ticket on the dash of my car a few hours after checking in, which is no issue, if I'm told I need to do it when I checking in, not hours later.
Overall I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
