    Most of the staff were very helpful, especially Alan, he has a good managerial qualities , who resolved concerns quickly and provided great customer service. However, my experience with Manager Ramses was different. I felt my concerns were not properly acknowledged or handled. We were told we could transfer rooms early due to our 5:00 AM tour since they don’t a place to keep our luggage with some valuables like jewelries, passports and important IDs, but Ramses gave different information and asked us to return multiple times, causing inconvenience, we inquired at 5pm and he told us to come back at 7pm just for him to tell us to come again at4am for booking. We were also moved to a downgraded room with a broken toilet and limited amenities without clear explanation, which later resulted in confusion and my booking being marked as a no-show. I also reported a clogged bathtub while I had my period, causing water mixed with blood to collect during showers. Ramses response was “it’s ok,” but it was a hygiene concern, especially since I was sharing the bathroom with others. I felt the solutions focused more on convenience for Ramses rather than helping customers. I feel like it will be a viable reason to chase customers away or maybe it’s just us because we didn’t look like capable to pay. Better communication, urgency, and customer-focused problem solving are needed to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
