This property was in a great location and was very quiet. The owner was very nice and always around. The unit was comfortable for our family and the air conditioning worked well. It was a short walk to all of the restaurants and there was a grocery store a 4-5 minute walk from the property.

While the owner was nice, the AC was broken in the room he gave us and couldn’t be repaired. He tried to give us another room but outside that room were evidence of cockroaches…lots of evidence. The place is not in a great location as you have to walk down a road with fast cars and no walking path and the road Fivos is on is full of dumped rubbish and just doesn’t look nice. The property itself is pretty on the outside but very dated. The shower isn’t big enough for a single person and I am not exaggerating. The clean could have been better as well.

Seems everything is brand new. I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman that did my checkin was so nice. Also, he called me one day before my check out and gave me a Greek Keychain saying that it was for luck. I was really happy in there.

We stayed just one night. The person who welcomed us was very nice and helpful, the apartment super, the only drawback that bothered us was it was not really clean. Seemed that was cleaned weeks ago, we killed a couple of cockroaches y found bugs. Also one of the trash cans of one bathrooms was still with old disposal.

Beautiful location 6 minute walk for supermarkets, Aliki bus station, and center. could easily have stayed the entire summer and have been comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the combination oven and stove top did not boil water. since we did not make this known to the manager we cannot fault him.

The best part of Fivos is roof top garden. It has magnificent view all day long. Never miss the sunset from the rooftop. It is located in calm and peaceful fishing town. 100% recommended and I would definitely revisit next summer:)

The structure consists of several apartments, new and well furnished, with attention to every detail (mosquito nets on the windows, coffee machine, air conditioner ...). The apartments are close to the village of Alyki where there are several restaurants and supermarkets. The owners proved to be very kind and ready to accommodate our every request.

We had a wonderful stay at Fivos with my family; my mom, husband and two daughters! Very clean, beautiful set up and quiet. Perfect for a family. The top veranda was also a beautiful spot to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. It take too long for us to orient ourselves with the area, ie supermarket, beach, bakery...all very close!! Enjoyed our week in Aliki and glad we stayed here instead of Naoussa. We rented a car for two days and drove around the island the one day, and visited Anti-Paros the next. Thank you to Achilea and Katerina for making our stay memorable!!

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at this cute apartment. It’s a 200m walk from the bus station and you can take the bus from the port or airport, which takes about 20 minutes. It’s a 5/10 minute walk from Alyki town centre, which is a beautiful and quiet seaside town with a lovely beach. It’s also near a motorbike rental so you can easily get around the island. Highly recomended, Paros was our favourite island in the Cyclades.

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at this cute apartment. It’s a 200m walk from the bus station and you can take the bus from the port or airport, which takes about 20 minutes. It’s a 5/10 minute walk from Alyki town centre, which is a beautiful and quiet seaside town with a lovely beach. It’s also near a motorbike rental so you can easily get around the island. Highly recomended, Paros was our favourite island in the Cyclades.
