    It’s a great hotel. We love the cleanliness of our room. Our room cleaner is Miss Mui. She is very thorough with her cleaning and she did an exceptional job. 👍

    They scammed us money for glass or cup broken and not give receipt same other guests charged 2 million Don for things that cost less than a dollar. Then there is no hot water in afternoon till night can't play music. Manager likes to argue fight with guests and keep her name secret. She is as rude as unprofessional. The bed sheets not clean and they don't want to change. The staircase all looks like a prison and the breakfast buffet all finished one hour early and no taste. Not fresh. There are many cheaper better hotels around and internet must reconnect each area and floor. The TV not works only on YouTube no channels and screen not clear. The soap and shampoo better not use.
