    Really cool artsy building with nice rooms. So much potential for an incredible hotel, but currently they seem to be working thru some management/logistic issues. Restaurant and bar are not open. Morning breakfast was lackluster and apparently they didn't get their food shipment. The front desk worker who helped us was kind and courteous. I loved the location and the room, but I wish the hotel would've informed guests that their A/C was out. Luckily we didn't need it while there, but i could see that being a deal breaker for hotter days.

    Let’s start off with there is now free breakfast just some muffins by the front desk. Which is where you also get hot water or coffee or ice (which is normally empty) because there isn’t any in the rooms or floors. It rained during my stay and on the top floor my room had dripping everywhere just luckily not my bed. On the furniture, on the window that was already broken, and dripped on my clothes laid out for a festival. No comps were extended. Additionally I left a list of over 12 things broken within the first night so they wouldn’t try to stick me with it in the bill. A lot of the things were just lazy not to fix but obviously based on some of the items they knew and didn’t care enough. I go a good room deal on Agoda but was it really worth it when I had a busted shower head, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, leaking ceiling, ruined clothing, no ability to have hot beverages in the room, and the rooftop wasn’t even normally open except someone did rent it out and offered me to join. Could be an amazing hotel but they just don’t try or respect their guests. Front desk staff was great and helpful with what they could control it’s not their fault the building owner is cheap.
