Grupotel Aguait Resort & Spa - Adults Only

The air conditioning was not sufficient....it was very hot to the point I had to request room change. It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. I would look for another place to stay.

I loved this hotel, it was exactly what I wanted for a short solo trip to Majorca. The check in at reception was fantastic (Albert, I think, served me, was very helpful and kind and gave me all the information I needed) as was the check out in the early hours of the morning. The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and beautiful sea views. Being adult only, it was very relaxing, with a good atmosphere but equally not a party hotel. I didn't explore much of the local area because I was only there for a few days and just wanted a lazy stay reading books and relaxing in the sun :-) but from what I saw, Cala Ratjada looked great, and there was a handy regular bus directly outside the hotel. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, and plenty of seating. I had a couple of spa treatments while I was there, which were fab and the staff member was lovely. The spa area itself I didn't use but it looked fantastic and clean and wasn't too busy. It would especially be a great thing to use if you were there in the cooler months. The pool bar menu was really good, and they had plenty of vegan options, which I was really impressed with. The whole hotel was really clean, including the room and there were all the amenities you could need. You also have direct access to the sea for swimming along with a small stone beach (if you wanted a 'proper' beach day there are plenty nearby, but it was brilliant to have so much on site without it being a massive impersonal hotel)

This place, looks, upkeeps, pools, and above all the breeze, sights, stay and the wave breakings are unique. The hotel can not be compared to anything near, and is superseding anything, is ca 10 minutes away from the crowded concrete slabs stamped out main city, get yourselves a break for 2, fantastic.

Reception staff both male not sure of the name of the 1st one , truley a credit to your company, then also tony, both so welcoming helpful profesional, made our stay. But an amazeing hotel, and all staff friendly thanks we will be back x
