Get that damn elevator fixed.

They sent an email and then followed up with a phone call to let us know the elevator was out. Now thats exceptional customer service. Staff very friendly too

Breakfast was good ? Room very nice, staff very friendly. Elevator was broken had to walk up four floors. Shower was clean and large however the water at best was only lukewarm not so pleasant

Our stay was very nice. The location was beautiful. There was even a farmer's market taking place on Saturday morning right behind the hotel near the river side.
