    the location is right in the central prague, everything are nearby, restaurants, shoppings center. But the unit very dusty and no daily cleaning.

    The location was excellent. Room were worn but clean and functional. Toilets were well maintained. However, instructions to the location was unclear and we spent 30 mins looking for the hotel. Well, we now know that it is part of an office building facing the big BATA shop and also next to the Ambassador Hotel

    During my recent stay, I unfortunately did not receive any invitation or instructions for the online check-in process prior to arrival. I only managed to complete the check-in after contacting the management when I reached the property at around 5pm. The process took almost an hour, and I had to do it outside the premises in the dark and cold weather before finally receiving the entry passcode. I had booked two similar Studio Deluxe units with city view, dining table, and a separate dining area as advertised. However, I was disappointed to find that the actual view was facing the back of surrounding buildings. In addition, one of the units did not have a dining table or a separate dining space as stated in the listing. To make matters worse, the unit that did have a dining table had no lighting in both the living room and bedroom. The condition was almost like staying in a half blackout environment. I reported this issue immediately. Although a technician was sent to check, the problem was not resolved. The management promised to fix it the next morning, but no one turned up, and I had no choice but to stay in that condition for the entire two nights. To be fair, the only positive aspect of this property is its central city location. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
