    The place has a Cocroach problem. The place has really deteriorated in years time. It is becoming run down and the rooms need serious renovations and cosmetic repairs. This was my go to place in Davao City, but my most recent stay was my last! Even my fiance said the Hotel wasn't good anymore, and she is from an outer province and lives without many modern conveniences in the home she lives in...
