    The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient as well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

    Great location about 10 mins walk from station. Busses and trams close. Easy walk down to old town. No lift or ramp from street so have to carry your own bages up some steps. Appear very strict on the 3pm check in. Asked at 2:30 and told room not ready. At 3pm on the dot we enquired and room now ready. Get up to room not a room attendant in sight. All in all a nice hotel for a couple of days

    The hotel location is very convenient, as it is near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. When my daughter first entered the room, she found rubbish thrown inside the toilet bowl, which gave her a rather unpleasant first impression.

    This hotel claims to be a 4-star but it's just a bog standard 3-star. It claims to have blackout curtains but it certainly doesn't - this was important to me when booking, and feel screwed over. I also don't understand why our room was really quite cold when we arrived. Nevertheless, the location is perfect and the price for you get fair. Bathroom was very good though - with heathed floor in the shower and free amenities.
