Service was top-notch here, both from the front desk (Savka was infinitely helpful) and at the buffet breakfast place, which was inside the Marriott Hotel (the two share the building) but separate from it. Breakfast was delightful, with lots of fruit and pastry options. Our room was generous in space, clean, and had every bit of amenities we needed during our couple of days' stay. Location was also strategic in the high-end Las Condes neighbourhood. The hotel stands near a large park, Parque Araucano, and the vast Parque Arauco shopping centre.

It is close to Parque Arauco Shopping mall. Good Value for price. Small window but nice view, rooms with morden nice deco , bathrooms needs to be updated , they look tired. hard to find a plug to charge your devices. Breakfast Ok , hot and cold buffet. Very friendly staff. Good Gym and restaurants @Marriot facilites, in the same building.

Room spacious, ac worked though needed cooking a bit more. Overall would stay here. Next to 2 malls. Way better than staying in the city centre which is disappointing

Disappointing: A 3-star service at a hotel advertised as a 5-star luxury stay My recent stay at the Boulevard Suite hotel was highly frustrating and disappointing. Although this establishment is rated as a five-star hotel, the reality is that the service, facilities, and overall experience barely reach a three-star standard. In fact, I have stayed at lower-rated hotels where the service was infinitely superior to what is offered here. Below are the specific and serious issues encountered during my stay: Double Tax Charging: Upon check-in, I was forced to pay the -accommodation taxes again (an extra 20%), even though they had already been fully pre-paid. Due to arriving late and being exhausted, I paid them just to get to my room. However, despite my formal complaint, the hotel has still not refunded my money. -Cumbersome Parking and Access: The parking lot is highly problematic. There is no smooth, direct, or easy access connecting the parking area to the guest rooms, making the transit process incredibly bothersome and impractical. Lack of Basic Amenities and Poor Housekeeping: When we arrived, there were no bathrobes in the room; we had to explicitly request them. Furthermore, after room service attended our room, they removed the used towels but failed to leave any replacements. I had to personally go down to the front desk to fetch clean towels. General Room Maintenance Failures: Inoperable Safe Box: The room safe was completely locked out/malfunctioning and never worked, preventing me from securing my valuables. Bathroom Deficiencies: The showerhead diffuser was broken and did not function properly. Additionally, the toilet was continuously running water all night long, an issue that was only resolved after reporting it to reception. No Hot Water in the Early Morning: Due to early scheduled activities, I had to take a shower at 4:00 AM, only to find out that there is absolutely no hot water available during the night. I was forced to take a freezing cold shower, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a self-proclaimed 5-star establishment. Conclusion: Honestly, I felt scammed. The price charged is completely disconnected from the poor quality of service and the neglected state of the facilities. If you are considering booking this hotel, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Do not waste your money and save yourself the trouble.
