    Hi Recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton Guangzhou on a business trip. Its probably the best all round upmarket hotel i have stayed in. Absolutely spotless. The level of service from the army of staff excellent.Breakfast a vast offering for many cultures. Two lovely restaurants in the hotel. Then there was Churchills bar full of Intrigue, cigar chomping, alcohol consuming fishermen and ladies. A place now hard to find in the west. All in all a very interesting stay and will return to one of these properties somewhere hopefully. A big thankyou to the Staff and management.

    Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything reflected the highest level of hospitality, elegance, and attention to detail. A very special thank you to Samuel Liu, Manager on Duty, who went above and beyond to assist us. He handled our check-out and transfer arrangements incredibly quickly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. This level of service is exactly what defines the Ritz-Carlton experience. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning again.

    Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely stay with warm service staff. Great location to malls and the harbour. Recommended.

    Luxurious hotel with good location and that's it. Hot a/c, don't expect fast help with your luggages, we had many luggages and had to go to reception to ask the conciarge to bring the trolly though it was already there but the he was just looking to us, even when check out we had to wait 30min to bring our luggages however we have seen then running after other to carry their shopping bag !! We have ordered late dinner in our roon but could not eat it, spicy, did not listen to our remarks, and tasteless soup. I dont think i will recommend to other unless they are ok with average a/c, no need help with luggages and have food from nearby resturants.
