Cleanliness is ok, hotel is a bit aged. BE CAREFUL of the hotel staff. On one of the days they told us it was not possible to get a taxi but they would arrange us one ..... 15 minutes later a illegal taxi turned up arranged by the hotel staff. We where taken to our destination in a old unsafe car, then charged double the amount !!!

I just want to say that during my trip in France I have met a lot of nice and kind people, but the owner of TourHotel in Blois was not in that category. We started with a problem with the website and the owner was not the least bit helpful. I made a reservation that included breakfast (complete with an email confirmation that specified that breakfast was included in the price) but the owner refused to acknowledge this accommodation and proceeded to call my girlfriend and me crazy. He spoke to me in French while I spoke to him in English and found it highly unprofessional that a hotel owner would refuse to respond in the same language, especially when he made it clear that he understood the situation. I understood his point and that he did not want to lose any business, but the way he said it and refused to deal with the situation was rude and unprofessional. So I ended up paying an additional 16.00 Euro for 2 breakfasts and received a receipt at checkout. Imagine my surprise and outrage when I got to the car and found a number of insults written on the back of the receipt. I have no words to describe how much I feel taken advantage of. All I can say is do not go to this hotel because the owner will refuse to help you in any way and insult you as if everything is your fault. In addition, the room itself was without AC and the breakfast was not worth the price (the cappuccinos didn't even have coffee, the yogurt was expired)

Small value for small money. It is very cheap so if that is your main objective this hotel will do. It is clean. Reception is only open at certain periods. Beds are not comfortable and small. Breakfast is expensive compared to what they give for it.

Our stay here was just a stopover...a place to rest and plan our next destination.Breakfast was very basic not worth the charging price and in addition to taxes charged online you are also required to pay extra taxes to the hotel. The hotel was quiet clean and affordable but not a place to stay at for more than a day or two

Stayed 2 nights, room spacious,clean and free internet in room. Breakfast was substantial and good variety. Approx 10-15 minutes walk to Hotel from Krakow Glowny train Station. Hotel not easy to find, you need to find way under pedestrian underpass. We asked for directions and people were friendly and helpful. Close to Restaurants and tram stop. Staff were friendly. My parents had their confirmation paper which stated they had paid a deposit already, and upon check-in they only needed to pay the remainder. He tried to tell them that was tax, and asked for the full amount. Nice clean hotel, very convenient location with close access to highway, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and gas station. Nothing fancy, just good value for your money. Not the most fluent in English, but they do make the effort to understand you and help, friendly and made us feel welcome.

Really sleazy dump. The grounds were filthy. The rooms were not much better! At least 1/2 the place is filled with long term residents. Not worth the price even if it is cheap!
