Pools were immaculate and many options. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room is awesome, housekeeping was perfect. Room service was ok.
They forgot about one of our orders, but everything else came on time. The tacos are the way to go for room service snacks.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very beautiful. A couple of the pools were closed for maintenance and during this timeframe the ocean has a lot of seaweed so that would be my only thing is watch for that part but it was such an amazing time and the lagoon they have their made up for not being able to go swim in the ocean.
