    Room was fine, breakfest very good but the queue was far too long and too busy. Room small. Right in train station.

    Great value for money. I stayed for two nights and quite liked the room. It was clean, well maintained, and cozy. The price was very reasonable, so I felt it was excellent value for money. The hotel is also very close to Niigata Station, which was convenient too. The staff were kind and helpful.

    Noise of Karaoke from other building was so harsh that I couldn’t get sleep well, hopefully the hotel found me a new room when I had complained about it. But at first I doubted the thickness of the wall. It isn’t worth 9000 yen just for staying a noisy room.
