Overall Bentleys is a fun place to stay and the location can't be beat! Wifi was a little iffy at times and required us to use the QR code on the TV to access it-- then the access provided was for the wrong room. The staff at check in was preoccupied with restaurant duties so they didn't share much information with us and not too helpful with wifi questions. (We figured it out). Car had to be parked about a block away in the garage of an apartment building - inconvenient fo luggage, but not a big deal since everyone walks everywhere in Stratford anyway.
