We got a very dirty room, airco and phone didn't work. Hair on the floor. Room was bot cleaned. We went to the frontdesk and got another room which was cleaner, but not really clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Around the corner junks and homeless. More something for younger people instead of two 70/80 years ladies. Was good to see the difference between areas. It was the real world, but you should not be afraid. We didn't realized what we had booked. Did it in a rush. Things where okay, but just the cleanness of the room was what will stop us book this hotel again.
