Cabin was fairly nice itself. Shortcomings were: No internet; HVAC unit in master bedroom was extremely noisy; toilet tissue was poor quality; pillows were not great; price was quite high.

Full sized fridge, grill, stove, microwave etc Just a bit chilly at night.no heat inside home other than fireplace. Luckily they supply ample extra blankets. Beds super comfortable. We all slept well.

This place is absolutely magical! Check in was a breeze. The nice concierge gives you your key and a map to guide you to your cabin. My parents and I went for the first time and only stayed one night. The cabin itself is beautiful, you feel like you are in a movie. They provide pots, pans, plates, and all utensils you may need. There is also an outdoor grill that you can use.You are surrounded by Mother Nature and the best part is there is no cell service. You literally get to disconnect from everything. We will continue to visit at least once a year and stay longer.

From the outside the property looks very beautiful. Once you go in it’s a different story. We reserved 2 suites and both of them had hornets inside and bed bugs. We asked to be moved, they moved us to a family cabin that had no bugs but was old and not maintained. I would not stay here again.

We stayed at this place for a few days to be away from the city. Beautiful cabin, spacious, and may things for children to play out doors. The cabin we stayed in was called Gardenia. One bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a third bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds (No door). Big dining table, kitchen equipped, breakfast bar, and a large living room. Great view and space on the patio with a grill, picnic table for 8 people and 2 rocking chairs. We did have problems the first night with the boiler, but the next day the maintenance came by and helped us with the problem. Check in was quick and very friendly receptionist. One thing to keep in mind when you stay at their cabins is that you get no cellphone single unless you drive closer to Mazamitla. They do offer wifi at a cost of $50 MXN per device for 24hrs. (Very slow). Overall of the experience I had was wonderful. I will be going back again. Thank you.
