We are so glad we spent our 25th anniverry at Heritage Le Telfair. It turned out to be an absolute dream and completely exceeded our expectations.
As passionate travelers, we have stayed at many resorts, but we have never experienced this level of exceptional service anywhere else. Heritage Le Telfair truly made us fall in love with Mauritius even more.
Since it was our anniversary, the team went above and beyond to ensure it was a top-tier experience for us. There are so many incredible activities to do right at the resort for couples and families, as well as fantastic tours outside if you want to explore.
There are simply too many wonderful staff members to thank, but we want to give a special shoutout to: Olivia (Manager), Ashni (Reception), Tushita & Jacqueline, Suhal & Faith (Housekeeping), Mukesh (Restaurant), Saad (for capturing such wonderful pictures).
Thank you all for making our anniversary so magical. We cannot wait to come back!

The room and the resort is beautiful, but the food was terrible. Both breakfast and dinner were far below expectations, and I would not return because of it. Special thanks to Azagen from Housekeeping he was the best staff member we dealt with, very kind and professional, and he handled our issue perfectly.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. They knew my name throughout the entire state. Room was big, outdoor shower, Patio,. Kind of old world Delaware Nevada.
The moment you passed the gates, you are in a different world. You don’t check in at the desk you check it on the couch they know your name the moment you step out of the air transport with your folder in hand.
Reception manager Henin even knocked on our door just to check in on us to see how if she could help with anything.
Hotel has an activity center, five restaurants, bocce court, tennis, kid Center. Absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

This is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in Mauritius. The property is expansive,
beautifully maintained, and offers a wonderful selection of restaurants within the resort. Every aspect of the hotel-from the facilities and service to the ambiance and hospitality-is exceptional. Everything about this property is simply superb, making it a truly memorable place to stay.
