Nice resort. Several different buildings with different inclusions, depending on what you booked. It's a pain to find that out, as nobody is actually informing guests about the different options. A simple tiny map is handed out., missing in depth information. And no information booklet in room neither of how to use air- con or which restaurant is included, times etc. Unfortunately staff has very limited knowledge about all aspects of the resort. So if questions arise, it is a hassle to find someone to answer that. Check in staff didn't bother neither to explain the very complex inclusions/ or not of the part we stayed in, though asked about it. They took the short cut of revering all questions to a phone number. Staff should be trained and informed better. For example we just needed to find an activities meeting point. The app wasn't any help and we had to ask 4 different staff and after running around of 15min I insisted on staff to use her phone to get us the answer. That app is missing crucial information. It's mainly a form of advertising the restaurants. All very exhausting. Our assigned restaurant was very nice, staff attentive, meals great. Would I stay again- yes.

We had a great time. The food was really good and the staff was really helpful and friendly. There are loads of activities and overall our stay was great. Thank you and looking forward to visit again!
