Windows need cleaning rooms have cobwebs high on the ceiling but they need to be cleaned
Beautifully place quite with amazing Gum trees Kangaroo’s grazing on the lawn Hotair Balloons landing about 500 metres away

A lovely little retreat, close to wineries and resorts. Very quiet, tranquil location, even saw a couple of kangaroos!

Would not recommend to others but would go back myself. Like camping. Cost is high for what you get. Kangaroos running around.
Clear glass lets stranger look into the shower and toilet. Needs frosted glass. Highlight windows have no curtains so full light at dawn. TV was not set up properly when we arrived. I had to fiddle with the cables to find the right connections. Worked eventually to our relief.
