Ahmad from the front desk is very courteous, professional and welcoming. He made sure our few days of stay is pleasant and stress free. He still remember us from our previous visit. I’ve been a regular customer whenever I’m in the area for vacation. On our last day we have a complimentary late check out, unfortunately one of the housekeeping staff knocks on our door at 12noon wakes us up for check out again! This is the second time hk staff did it. I was very upset. When I was checking out I told it to the guy in the front desk he didn’t have his ID tag, he stated “ I will tell it to my manager for investigation “. This is the second time it happened.

I had such a pleasant stay! The room was super clean and cozy. Definitely comfortable enough to fully relax. The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated that checkout wasn’t ridiculously early. That made the morning feel so much more peaceful. Only one light in the room was working, but overall it was still a great stay. I’d definitely come back

excellent, only thing i would add is it would be nice to have yogurt normal brands / low fat and cookies available
