Good place. Window-less room, but reasonably ok. Stayed for a night. They were kind to accommodate my driver for sleeping, after an ongoing function at their banquet.

Beautiful hotel location seems fine with restaurants and cafes within reach.
We quiried about the add on breakfast of the prices and proceeded the next day. Upon finishing our meal we found that the price of the add on breakfast was way higher than what was conveyed to us. We disputed the bill and the rude f&b manager stood his ground that the charges were as per the bill given. We later went down to the front desk and queried on the charges and they have confirmed that it was the mistake from the f&b manager. We noted on that and left to check out. While packing our bags we got a call from the front desk saying that we are required to pay the bill as given and they would give us something complementary in return. We find that to be ridiculous since they acknowledged initially that the charges were suppose to be lower. We disputed the charges and only paid the initial mentioned amount which was conveyed to us. Here, during this entire ordeal none of the staff nor manager reached out to us apologizing on the mess up.
The second issue was regarding the bathroom where it was overflowing when the shower was used. We alerted housekeeping and they were fast to clean the flooded floor. We later told the housekeeping staff to test the water outlet once again, upon testing the same issue happened. The house keeping staff just told us that the level of the tiling is such that the bathroom tends to flood during shower. It was as if its normal to them.
During check out the manager was not present, so we requested a call back from the manager so that we can convey the above in order for the hotel to make improvements.
However no call back as of the time of this review is posted.
In a nutshell, if you do not value your customers neither you are courtious, we will take our business elsewhere.
