    A well located motel close to the Batemans Bay CBD within walking distance to clubs and restaurants. Very clean and has all the facilities you need e.g. microwave, tea and coffee, TV, aircon for a short or long stay

    The neighboring road was extremely noisy. It was loud, really loud. Very loud noise from passing trucks. We had stayed in other motels at the roads but this one was exceptionally loud. Even you get complementary earplugs in the room. They were very uncomfortable. In addition the the extreme noise the mattress on the bed was terrible and extremely uncomfortable. We could feel the springs which were very disturbing preventing to fall asleep. Constantly interrupted sleep. I believe we could have a better sleep in our car instead of this motel. Also the check in process was terrible. We have not received any sms from the motel with the code for night safe to get the keys. I called the motel 6 times from midday but no answer and was always redirected to the message bank. I left multiple messages asking about check in process and informed that we were coming late, left my mobile number and asked to call back. I did not get any response or sms. We were lucky that one of the visitors opened the night safe and we found the key inside. Otherwise we could be stranded at the entrance. I do not recommend this motel at all. Do not stay there.
