    I booked fot my husband’s birthday … everything was nice the staff our butler his name is youssry was very very helpful and kind .. whatever we needed from hom he get it on time he was really quick .. but the only issue is with you “ agoda “ as i mentioned for you that was my husband’s birthday and asked to forward it to hotel to contact me but “ from your side you didn’t mention that on my booking ans you didn’t mention my contact details with hotel as well” that’s the only concern But i talk to them when my husband was busy and they got him a nice cake he loved it and he was surprised as well Hotel was clean , nice , quiet, pool size was ok also .. the villa was big Absolutely coming back with my toddlers !

    This is my first stay with this property. I can’t find a better word to describe my stay than EXCEPTIONAL! From the moment of Arrival, we have been greeted at the main entrance by the team with a great smile. A very smooth and quick checking in process while lounging and enjoying the refreshing welcome drink. Took us on a tour via the buggy to show us the property and the facilities in the resort. Was escorted inside the room to brief us on it. The dedicated butler service was amazing. Special thanks to Yousri for taking great care to us and beyond what is expected. He really went extra mile to bring all what we ask for even if it was from outside the property. Being a frequent traveler haven’t had that type of great service. Even the resort Manager and the Frint desk Manager came to us during the breakfast to greet us and upon Checkout as well to make sure that we are leaving with full satisfaction and great experience. That type of dedication of time and service is beyond any expectations. I know it’s a bit along review but I want to give them the full credit for the exceptional service and property. Definitely coming again and again and again and this is highly recommend place for all sort of vacation and gateway. Keep up the good work and stay safe until we meet again.
