"I experienced two major issues during my stay. First, the hair dryer was out of order and did not work at all. Second, there was a severe noise coming from the bathtub in my room in the middle of the night that lasted for nearly an hour, making it impossible to sleep. Even when I tried to contact the front desk, I couldn't get any assistance because no staff was available."

This place is surprisingly quiet considering its location in the parking lot of a massive Walmart and next to the busy Interstate 15 corridor. I just needed a place for one night (Christmas Eve). It was pouring rain when we got there and we were able to check in early (thank you so much!)

The best I can say is that the room was ok. The faucet in the kitchenette sink was defective and not working properly, there was a nut to the toilet seat missing and the seat was unstable/unsafe. The A/C-Heater developed a leak and we had to leave the room while maintenance repaired it.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 12 or more times in the past 7 years. This hotel has changed alot over the years. I was switched rooms 4 times, with issues from water coming up in the bath tub while not being used to the lights and tv having electrical issues. The hotel really needs some upgrades, it is run down and upkeep looks minimal at best. I requested to speak to a mgr and was told the mgr has already heard your complaint and good bye. Most of the staff at the desk could care less, rolling eyes etc...... unfortunately, this was my favorite hotel in the area and now i will be looking around for someone else to stay. I will not be back....

First room offered had a strange smell, like disinfectant covering up sick. We were given another room which was much better. Unfortunately the internet didn’t didn’t work until the next morning. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Excellent eateries nearby too, and shopping if that’s what you like.

Happy with the $, geolocation. Friendly staff at check-in, in housekeeping, and dining area. Let's get those side doors working each time a keycard is inserted to reach 5 Stars on Property condition & facilities. No complaints though.

I’m tired of doing the survey when property management/owners don’t take note of the things they need to fix. The hotel is outdated and needs updating. They pay no attention to what’s needed. No hand bars in the regular bathrooms, no mat for a slippery tub. Pillows so old they feel like rocks. The couches are so broken down you can’t get up out of them.

They take 100$ deposit presumably for damages to the room and when we get to the room it already has damage. Air conditioners falling apart with on piece sitting on top. Blinds difficult to open and even worse to shut. Toilet seat loose. No bars of any kind in shower and corner shelf missing. Questionable anti slip in tub no mat provided. Mildew in shower caulking. Fan light doesn’t work and neither does the speed control for the fan, Despite asking for the room to be serviced both at check in and in the morning, it was not provided. Overall not satisfied and won’t be back.
