Clean rooms, staff were great! Stayed during storm, they could have done better moving snow in parking lot. Got stuck, but Guest Clerk come out and help push me out.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Easy free parking. Conveniently located off a main road. Breakfast available in the morning. Okay choices. Close to the University of Northern Iowa. My go to choice when staying in Cedar Falls.

Very friendly staff. Slight delay with computer on check-in so she upgraded our room for free. I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the Holiday Inn and Suites next door and am very glad we did. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Probably the best night sleep in a hotel I have ever had.
