A peaceful resort with breathtaking views! The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The infinity pool is divided into different sections, so even when it’s busy, it never feels overcrowded.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was good, although the coffee wasn’t. We ended up going out for coffee instead.
The rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable.
There are two things that need attention:
* The air conditioning is not powerful enough for the size of the room. Even though we left it running at 20°C throughout the day, we still woke up sweating during the night because the room was too warm (even my partner, who is usually cold, felt hot).
* The refrigerator was very noisy at night. It was loud enough that we had to unplug it in order to sleep.

The pools were very pleasant, and the private pool in the room was enjoyable. Breakfast was quite basic — the food was nice but not very diverse.

I stayed with my daughter for a week and we had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Booked a room with a small pool which was ideal. We liked that this is a relatively small hotel so the service is very personal. The staff are wonderful from the reception, to housekeeping, restaurant and management. The views are stunning and location v good between Elounda and Plaka.
We would definitely return.

The hotel was nice, it was a fairly new hotel with a few things which still needed work. The jacuzzi could have had more privacy if a privacy screen had been installed like some of the other rooms. Our TV was not working for the first 3 days of our trip however the staff were all very friendly and the issue was eventually resolved. The location was quite good and the facilities were mostly clean. The power did go out briefly in some parts of the hotel but this appears to have been a one off issue which was quickly fixed. Overall I would still recommend this hotel
