Great spot for water view...Paul's Pasta next door in an institution and the area has charm if you ignore some of the run down, vacant and blighted buildings.
Staff is very nice and friendly.

The hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely needs updates. We had a kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. NO silverware, coffee cups, glasses. 1 pan, 2 bowls, 1 plate, 1 spatula. Great if you're passing through but not long term.
