Location was conveniently located close to ENSMA. Room was a bit noisy when neighbours were active at night. Room condition was good. Great value for the price.

Ok hotel to stay for a night or two when you're at Futuroscope. Bad thing is that not alot of staff speak english. Wich is mandatory imo in the facilitating sector.

This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything.

The room had absolutely no heating. The temperature was -1c. It would be impossible to sleep in a room at this temperature. We were offered another room. This also had no heating. Eventually reception averred us a portable room heater. Also, we plugged our car in to the electric charger at 11pm for an overnight charge. We were charged 130 euros - the most expensive charge we have ever had. they charge for time (not electricity). Are you expected to get up in the middle of the night to unplug your car? Also, there was no indication of the cost or conditions at the charger. It was only when the cost came through on our credit card. The hotel is rated as 3 star. I do not think it deserves 1 star. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

A lovely hotel with the most AMAZINGLY helpful and charming 'after hours' receptionist, Jeremy. He went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating .. not many would have been so helpful as he was. As we had suffered a 6-hour delay at Eurotunnel, at the start of our journey, we were not able to arrive at the hotel until 2am, and were understandably very tired and exhausted, but Jeremy did his best to make everything as easy as possible for us.. a million 'thank-yous' Jeremy!

Hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the food was good. The area wasn't brilliant but as we were only there for one night as off to Futuroscope the next day, it didn't matter.

It's a basic, stop-off motel. The restaurant and bar area are all brand new and very smart. Only gripe is the room's air conditioner unit, which was poor and only so noticeable due to the 43 degree heatwave outside. This place does the job, simple as that!

Perfect for an overnight stop over if heading south to spain, right on the motorway and plenty of choice for eating but to be fair, campanile restaurants are always very good. Lots of open parkland surrounding the hotel if you are travelling with dogs.

Hotel room was very tired and we didn't like the shutters that replaced the need for curtains, it felt a little like being locked into a box overnight. Evening meal was good but breakfast was a little disappointing.

But despite the apparent non-booking the hotel bent over backwards to accomodate us and could not have done more to make our stay memorable. I hope someone will read and act on this. Tony Poles.

Despite there appearing to be 3 Campanile hotels in the area, 2 with the same address!, the hotel was very acceptable; clean & comfortable with limited tea/coffee making facilities. Room water supply was off briefly when we arrived (early afternoon) but service was quickly restored. Evening meal (buffet) was excellent; quite varied and tasty. Breakfast although busy was very good. Very convenient for Futuroscope; 10 mins walk.
