Was needed in an emergency for two nights and it was perfect for that. Very clean and even a hot breakfast with omelets!!

I think it's a good hotel in general, but they should improve cleanliness of the shower. Breakfast was good, dinner was not so good. I asked for grilled chicken and it was too small and the waiting time was too long. I complained about the chicken after I ate. The waiter told me that they could prepare something else for me and that I should have told her at the moment. She was really nice, but I didn't accept because I didn't want to wait so long. The hotel staff is very nice in general.

The property is across the street to a large shopping mall.
The beds were horrible. It was 2 boxsprings with a pillow top placed on top. The pillow top kept sliding off to one side of the bed. When they came in to "clean the room" on two of the three occasions they didn't change our sheets and only put clean towels and toilet paper in the bathroom without cleaning it. Maintenance had to be called to request the tv be unscrewed from the wall so we could connect an HDMI cable to watch movies becauae they had limited channels available. The breakfast was only available to those who paid extra money at booking and the food was cold everyday.
