Enjoyed our stay, the staff are friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in room are of good quality. The breakfast buffet is definitely a must.

The standard has gone down since Jan 2026. Staff welcomed us as we entered in Jan. Not anymore. The power went out on the morning of departure. Despite having backup power available, they had no clue why the backup power could not kick in. They offered no assistance to carry luggage from the room to the car. They could have at least sent an sms advising on how they could assist. I
expected a much higher level of service. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience.
