Very clean, our ocean front suite was a great size. The staff were incredible. The food was good, even our 6 year old was able to find favorites at each meal. Older resort needing a refresh yes, but it was a fabulous stay and we would certainlynrecommend thisbresort for families. The kids clud was great. Our kido loved it and Africa, the lady who ran it was amazing.

The outside grounds and pool with ocean views were awesome!
The staff were attentive and aimed to please.
This is an older resort with visible flaws, it needs an update but most everything that counts was in good order.

Room key cards are a pain. Pretty well had to have it reprogrammed every day. Hit & miss whether you had hot water or not. Face cloths are like gold there I think. Had to ask for them every day. Staff is great, but no doubt about it some people are treated better than others. Guess it depends on how much you tip.
