So …. Check in was a nightmare . I have checked in on my Canadian driver license many times to all hotels booked on Expedia in last 10 years , except this one . When I got there they said they won’t honor my Canadian driver license as they need “dowód osobisty “ in Canada that’s our driver license . I think it would be very helpful if that is mentioned in their check in policies . Also … it was advertised for 3 people as room with pull out couch we got some child size pull out love sit . It was not what I pick when I booked . It was disappointing . Also for room booked for 3 adults we got 2 pouches of instant coffee , 2 tea , 2 shampoos . Someone is not washing hair and not drinking coffee . It is not a cheap Hotel , but delivery of service sure was . 3 stars as the girl at the front desk was lovely .
