    Was so surprised we got our room upgraded by them. So thoughtful and kind. Spa therapist was great too. Grateful for the experience. Will definitely dropby again if we go back to ferringhi. Thank you lone pine

    Clean environments, match amazing views at this beachfront resort. The rooms are cozy, the food is delicious, and the lovely staff is incredibly helpful. The only downside to this getaway is the lack of an EV car charger.

    We had an overall pleasant stay; however, we were disappointed that we were not informed in advance about the ongoing construction near the beach, despite our request for a quiet room. The noise from heavy machinery, along with dust and smoke, affected the relaxing atmosphere we had anticipated. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. That said, special thanks to *** for preparing a delicious morning booster juice with turmeric, ginger, and pineapple—it was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The spa experience was excellent, with professional therapists providing a truly relaxing treatment. The room, however, felt slightly dated, and the pillows were not very comfortable, which resulted in some neck discomfort in the morning. We hope the hotel can improve communication regarding construction activities and consider refreshing the rooms, as the staff’s hospitality is genuinely commendable.
