I loved the stay, the employees are friendly and helpful, I will always stay whenever I’m in Iquitos
The rooms clean and the building is clean and spacious

They let anyone use the pool so it was rammed with non hotel guests all on their phones. Sunbeds are around corner from pool as priority is given to people eating at tables around pool and having a dip afterwards. We were disappointed as we had planned to relax by pool.
Clean, good location, view from restaurant over Amazon is top. Food decent. Room got noise from street but ok with earplugs. Dealing with a pre-check in booking issue on email/what's app was painful!

Great Location, Cleaness and good breakfast but no hot water (someone has mentioned it on other review), vibration of bass sounds and music from their club and restaurant on 4th floor until late and we couldn't relax at all.
Water from show was leaking to toilet floor so we had to wipe it every
time we took shower. No refrigerator.
We could find more nicer and quiet hotel with hot water in same cost we paid. Dissaponting.

I love the location, and I got a wonderful room. The bed was big and super comfortable, the linen on the bed very nice quality and clean and neat.
Bathroom is small but is enough to serve your purpose. I got a wonderful view of a colorful building 305 .. and it made the stay cozy.
Yes it was a bit noisy from the street, but I have earplugs so I was good.
The breakfast was nice with a small buffet that can satisfy all the taste and dietary requirements.
There is a roof top bar with a gorgeous view .
The staff are very kind and willing to make you happy!
