Facility was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not included but the price was fair.

This place was a true gem, gorgeous grounds and a stunning historical building with 12 foot ceilings and huge windows.
The beds were comfortable and the bath very clean, we loved the tropical flowers and plants and enjoyed a fantastic Italian meal at the restaurant. The decor was tasteful and inviting.
Everyone was very nice and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer to explore Lugano but we had a train to catch in the morning.

The Hostel was perfect. Gorgeous palm tree lined Resort feel. The Pool was amazing and refreshing. The staff was very helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable. There were a lot of beds in one room but worked out well. Except for a few visitors that were a bit noisy. The scenery out from patio/ balcony was amazing with mountain, Clouds and Palm trees. I literally wanted to Live there. Only things that could be improved is maybe put in a Coffee Pot and possible light Breakfast included. It cost me a lot to eat out and buy coffee. The vending machine was good but I'd rather have fresh coffee. Thank you, Janice
