    Rooms and location is okay, a little annoying that room service tries to enter your room without knocking some days, but overall a good stay

    I booked an 8-bed mixed dormitory. When I arrived, the staff kindly upgraded me to a 4-bed female capsule dorm with ensuite. It was amazing - clean, comfortable, and private, with AC, balcony, and clean bathroom. The capsule design ensures privacy if you want it.

    I was given a room without any privacy curtain at all.. I asked to be changed bcos I was expecting a room as in the picture then they have moved me in a 4bed room and charging me more too. I had a very bad roommate putting her music and shows on till the morning
