The apartment is in a prime area of Puerto Madero. It’s a quiet neighborhood which makes it easy to sleep at night. There is a security guard in the front lobby 24/7 and electronic facial recognition for entering the building. Best of all, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and many places of interest in the city center of Buenos Aires. I would recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Buenos Aires. Many thanks to Ignacio and Daniel who are always very friendly, courteous and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

The apartment was decent in a very high end neighborhood. Fantastic location near everything. The security was wonderful. The breakfast was at a local restaurant, but the variety was limited. My only complaint is the frequency of cleaning and that once the paper towels, coffee pods and toilet paper ran out, I had to buy replacements.

The apartment was excellent clean, comfortable, and very well located. Everything worked as expected, and we had a great stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that it could use a bit of maintenance in some areas, but nothing that significantly affected our experience. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again.

Great location
Good size apatment
Cleaning substandard. Requires routine maintenance and checking prior to guests arrival. No quality control.
Not being able to use or book the 2 onsite swimming pools ridiculous.
Very slow communication from host.
Good breakfast at Cafe .
