We asked if we can check-in 3 hours early because we had a handicapped person with us. And they said, yes, they accommodated us on bottom floor right? In front of the pool, all the staff was very, very nice

Room was clean, air-conditioned and had a fridge, the only things I'd 'suggest' would be the addition of a microwave and a mirror in the bathroom.
