You could see out the door when it was closed, the water barely came out of the shower head. And bed was extremely uncomfortable

OK, it’s motel six she don’t expect a lot expected bad TV running water. We checked into the room 100° outside in the head, the air conditioner off inside the room. It took the whole night for the AC to cool the room down. It would’ve been better off for me to sleep inside my car. Having the air conditioner off in 100° heat is just unprofessional.

Looked like there was druggies hanging out on the balcony smoking and such. A questionable looking guy hanging around the parking lot. When me and my girlfriend checked into our room there was multiple stains on the bedsheets! There was spots of stuff on the wall near the bathroom sink and there was a few bugs crawling around the room.

Staff was super friendly, was clean and quiet for the most part. The room I had was in rough shape no tub just a stall shower a couple of chairs but just a coffee table to sit at which I found quite trashy over all a good experience though the bed was comfortable.

Dirty, card reader didn’t work, terrible service and horrible tenants. I would never recommend this to anyone. I immediately left and went to a different Hotel. I don’t think its an ok place to park your car or walk to your room.

Stay wasn't bad but the beds were very hard, there was a used wash cloth left in the shower. The tv signal was pretty bad and we had to reser the direct tv bix seversl times. We made arrangements to pay cash upon arrival but got a call stating they tried to chsrge our card but it declined. We were still a couple.hours out when we received the call. Be ok as a last reort but i will not recommend for a family stay.

Poor condition facilities, plumbing broken in bath sink, stained sheets. It appears people live here. Young children playing outside our door into the wee hours of the morning. Flying toy drones and other remote toys into our closed door. No rest at all.

After arriving to our room we noticed hair on a pillowcase. I pulled back the covers and the sheets had not been washed. There was dog paw prints, and stains all over all of the bedding. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned hair on the toilet seat and in the sink. Promptly went back downstairs to request a refund, and the gentleman offered me clean sheets to put on the bed myself to which I declined. Absolutely disgusting.

They called us hours before to verify we were coming. When we arrived at the time we told them we would be there, there was a note tht said theyd be back, so we waited. Finally get in our room. It smells! Pulled top blanket back and there were other peoples/animals hair had to strip sheets back just to possibly lay on something clean. Shower door wouldnt shut, water got all over the floor, and the towels smelled like piss! It was disgusting behind the bathroom door close the floor it looked like some chucked a turd but they ddnt clean it! It was nasty and hard to sleep

I usually don't complain however! First of all, the tile floor was wet and buckled up in front of the refrigerator. The water was turned off at the toilet. Couldn't close the shower door without slamming it. The toilet was dirty as well as long dark hairs all over it.

The hotel charged us their rate instead of the rate posted on your site, charged us an extra fee to check in 10 minuets early. There were bullet holes in the walls and windows next to our room. Trash was in the bins in the room when we entered, everything else seemed to be clean but at that point it was too late to get our money back. There were also other guests who stayed up all night partying and the cops were eventually called (not by us)! On top of all of that, Hotels.com also tried charging my card a second time after we had checked in. When we book, we always choose to pay at the hotel unless it doesnt give us that option. We have never had an issue with doing this until this trip! If youre planning to stay in Ardmore, just take a look at other options and pay the extra $20.

So I booked through Expedia after midnight for a few hours of sleep. Said they could not accept that so was forced to pay full price. Then he changed the Expedia stay so I could not cancel and was double charged! Never again
