The room was quite spacious with the upgrade. The area is relatively quiet with many restaurants 1 block away. That said, I didn't get much staff support. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. In fact, I was a bit anxious upon my arrival when the door was locked. It took a few minutes for someone to show up.

Great facility. Good management. Upgraded room without additional cost. Bathroom looks is amazing but doesn’t doesn’t function well. The water from the shower area runs all over the anytime floor. Needs a shower door. Very strange that they didn’t fix it or thought about it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was clean and cute. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and we had some ants but other than that everything was perfect!

Great hotel in the city centre close to shops and restaurant with a fantastic host, very friendly and informative. Booked my taxi to Faro with a reliable company as I had a 4.00am pick up. Would highly recommend.
