Staff were great!
The pool heater element was broken so we didn’t use the pool.
The hot still worked and that was nice.
There is a parking fee of $12 a night i don’t remember reading anything about. For people on a budget that could affect things.
The weekday breakfast hostess went above and beyond, making the dining room feel like a real restaurant, compared to the weekend host, who was just there and polite.
The blow dryer sparked when we used used, staff replaced it right away
One night we use the pull out sofa in our room for family that stayed late visiting us, there was a large stain on the mattress. For the night they gave us put extra bedding over it, in the morning 4 staff came and replaced it.
I did break down and use the washer and dryer. It was $5 total, to wash and dry 1 load.
Our room was tended to every day, bedding and towels and trash service.
