    Good location but room is average. Had no view, just a window looking to the sky and we could see only a crane. Soap dispenser in the sink didn't work. I got scolded by desk person for going near the breakfast door when I was just looking to see where we would. have breakfast the next morning Desk guy suggested a dinner place a mile away on the water front when there were many other restaurants closer but clearly they must get a kick back if they send hotel guests there.

    he staff were polite and accommodating, and the location was excellent — only about a 5-minute walk or less from the train station. My only concern was the cleanliness of the floor. Since I forgot to bring slippers, I had to walk barefoot in the room and noticed that the floor was a little dusty. Before getting into bed, I rubbed my feet together to shake off the dust and noticed some dust falling from my feet. Overall, though, I still appreciated the convenient location and the friendliness of the staff.

    First the positive, we arrived late and check in confirmation didn’t work on the automated machine. Was easy to get connected and assistance from staff remotely. Room also felt clean. For the bad, a homeless man had gotten in and went to sleep right in front of our hotel room door. We couldn’t get in. Staff responded quickly, but in all my travels this was a first. Sleeping past 7 am here was a no go. Could be to the location of our room, but there was a lot of talking directly outside the window at night and construction early in the morning the following day. Sorry to say, but I was happy to leave
