I stayed here for a quick two-night solo trip and overall had a great experience. I booked the king ocean view room, and the view was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the ocean each morning was the highlight of my stay.
The staff was consistently kind and attentive, and I really appreciated being able to check in a little early since my room was already available. Breakfast was great each morning, and the hotel’s artistic design is one of its most unique features, it really does feel like walking through an art museum.
The only thing I would note is that parts of the property are starting to show their age and could benefit from some updates. I also wish there were more on-site dining options beyond breakfast.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return on a future trip to Cancún.

Lots of good.
Very quiet and peaceful grounds.
Beautiful clean pool.
Old, dated, tired room that needs renovating.
Very hard to find the hotel for my Uber drivers, as there are no signs on the building.
Bed was hard as a rock.
Coffee in the rooms would have been nice.
