We loved our time at this gorgeous adults-only resort! The staff were all friendly and so helpful! Every view is peaceful & the area is classic Tuscany - resort is even right above a lovely horse farm. Do be aware the parking is down a hill, but it’s a lovely walk back up to the main building. Also there are steps to some rooms so notify if need ground level. Our double room was lovely & comfortable - the shower was small but worked well - double bed was large and firm. Breakfast was tasty, with good variety over 3 mornings - the unlimited coffee was so good! No official dinner served but can order “snacks” until 7:30p - our yummy ham/cheese panini & gelato were sufficient “dinner” for an evening by the pool. We were sad to leave Sassa al Sole and would definitely stay here again!

Very intimate and enjoyable experience for anyone who is trying to escape the crowds of the big cities. The views are calming. All the staff are polite and professional. 10/10 would recommend and would go back again!

Wonderful hotel on a hill with beautiful views of the landscape around. Fantastic customer service that was very helpful in booking activities for us beforehand (cooking class and dinner in the vineyard at a winery) and so accommodating when we were there. There are roses everywhere on the property that are well taken care of. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, rooms were clean, comfortable and good temperature. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

When you reach the property, you're met by employees to take your bags to your room while you park and had to reception to get settled in. The dining space overlooks tidy rows of olives and grapes growing on the rolling hills, and the pool is meticulous.

the room was spacious with a great bathroom, especially the shower was excellent. The bed was rather soft. the scenery of this hotel is very nice, with a swimming pool and restaurant looking out over the hills of Tuscany. Very nice set up with limited number of rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel and location 15mins outside SAN Miniato. Very good service from the staff. Clean environment and great pool, gardens and views. Breakfast included was very good. Hotel food in the evening was a tad overpriced and expensive. Entrance to the spa was chargeable at €20 per person for two hours which I think should be included in the price of your stay. Car is a must. Lots of nice restaurants within 15-20 mins but book in adavance many are quite small.

The hotel is luxurious with pleasant views of rolling countryside (though I wonder if a few trees could be looped to make more of these views from the room). The staff are friendly and accomodating, and the spa was lovely and relaxing (we just did the 2-hour relaxation walk, recommended). The only downpoint I would say was the evening meal did not quite marry up to the standards of the rest of the stay. I would absolutely stay again and certainly hope to make secret anniversary plans to return in the future.
