    Nice surrounding, situated by the lake. Room is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and mircowave. Kids enjoy the hotel stay. Near to a beautiful park. Good service by hotel staff especially Debbie.

    We arrived at 1pm hoping for an early check in, we were sent away saying come back in an hour or 2!! we returned in just over an hour and the room was ready. What was not clear when we booked that our room could only be accessed by stairs, this would normally be not a problem but i was suffering from bursitis on my hip which made climbing stairs very difficult and with luggage! Once in the room there was a terrible smell which to me smelt like feaces. Apart from that it was a fantastic location and apart from the smell it was clean and the staff were nice. I did let them know in the morning about the terrible smell.
