Great hotel and staff.. walking distance to train station. Right in town walking to all restaurants. No fan or ac and it was very very hot at night. Flies were relentless but I guess it’s the time of year. Overall wonderful hotel and would stay again!

Loved it! The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the train station and about a 10 minute walk to Grindelwald First. The room was very comfortable. We had one of the apartment rooms in the building behind the hotel. Very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was great. Typical continental breakfast items plus scrambled eggs and bacon. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in this hotel for four nights. Except for the lack of air conditioning, dim bathroom lighting, and unstable shower water pressure, the hotel gave us a high floor and we could see the Eiger. The breakfast was rich and everything else was very good. The hotel is located in the city center. There is a supermarket and bus station downstairs. It is close to the train station. The hotel also provides free bus transportation cards, which makes travel more convenient. Nearby attractions include First and Fantasy Mountain Wave. Other places can be transferred to trains or cable cars to Jungfrau, Mannlichen, Wengen, and Lauterbrunnen. I will stay here again next time.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It’s close to every thing, a nice restaurant down stairs; train station two minutes walking distance; many cute little shops at the same street ( I think there is only one Main Street in “old”town). The most beautiful thing about this hotel is that we were in the peaceful picture every day! Staff were friendly as well.

This is a really cute hotel in the heart of Grindelwald. Very close to the train station. Very clean and tidy hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

We got an Apt at back hotel with balcony, and have clear view of Mountains with Snow, the apt has cookware , table for family have dinner together with Mountain View, the staff at reception was very help to explain the local bus and tour info. It was good option for us , plus hotel offer free breakfast

The location of this property is excellent so close to the Grindelwald train station. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were in great condition. Overall, I had a great experience.

No kettle at the room other than that it’s perfect location and staffs are really nice . 1min walk at grindelwald station . It’s worth it .

This place was excellent! Clean, included a lot of amenities, stocked up toilet paper, towels, luxurious room decors. Best of all it included breakfast and amazing customer service from Luca! Will definitely be back.

We stayed four nights in the studio apartment. We did not cook, but the extra space was great. We had a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Located a few blocks from the train station, easy walk.

Beautiful location with the most amazing view. We had a deck and were able to sit out and just view the scenery.

Nice hotel, excellent location next to train station. Views of Mount Roger and other mountains were amazing. They have a restaurant but we didn't use. Room was big, excellent view mount Eiger and other Alps mountains. Reception Staff were very good and helpful. Would love to stay there again. Only negative thing was breakfast, very disappointing, not much to choose from, the breakfast staff was grumpy. Need to improve on breakfast. No kettle in room, no tea or coffee. Need to consider that especially for guests coming after long flight and then train or car journey.

GREAT LOCATION!!!

The check in entry is very weird, it has to go up from the back side of the building. It took us 20 minutes to figure out the entry door and check in table. You need to climb steps with the heavy suitcases and the hall roads definitely is narrow. The first night we figured out the tv was broken, the second morning after my shower, I found out the hair dryer was broken. The stuff is nice, they changed the room for us. But again, the hair dryer was broken. And the security box. We were tired to complain, just finished the trip in Alps and left. What an impressed hotel!!!

Best location for access to train and bus. Attractions within walking distance as well. One of the few places for late coffee as most places close by 8pm. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located hotel near train and bus station. Supermarket just across the road. Views of the mountains all around. Apartments out the back in a different building. Would have to go outside to another building for breakfast and reception (no ideal in winter). Great breakfast. Luggage room in case you come early or what more time on the day of departure.

Fabulous hotel 2 min walk from Grindelwald HB. Spectacular view of Eiger from the balcony. Close to shops and Grindelwald First. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Great stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Great service, good breakfast, perfect location, and good rates. It’s only a block from the train and near many restaurants and shops.

The hotel was beautiful. great breakfast. only problem was we were placed in one of the apartments. and these were very outdated. Not on par with the hotel i'm afraid. if i had known i would have booked a room in the hotel instead
